This page describes the limited data Titan Link currently processes or reasonably expects to process as its products become active. It will be updated as product data flows change.
Current website and communications
This website is informational. It does not provide user accounts, analytics, advertising, or a web contact form. If you email Titan Link, we receive the contact information and message content you choose to provide. Website hosting and network providers may process ordinary connection and security log data such as IP address, request time, requested path, browser information, and error information.
Product data we expect to process
When a seller or authorized operator uses a Titan Link product, the applicable service may process:
- business contact, tenant, user, role, store, and marketplace-account identifiers;
- marketplace OAuth authorization records and tokens needed for a seller-approved connection, once that capability is activated;
- read-oriented listing, shop, account-status, platform-metric, freshness, and exception data available under approved scopes;
- access, authorization, refresh, disconnection, deletion, health, and security audit events; and
- support correspondence and troubleshooting information supplied by the requester.
Titan Link's current Commerce Cockpit design excludes buyer/customer records, order processing, payment and banking data, marketplace passwords, browser session cookies, MFA codes, identity-verification documents, and marketplace write actions.
Purposes
We use data to provide approved access and product functions, bind each marketplace connection to the correct seller/store, display source-specific operational information, detect failures or misuse, support users, disconnect or delete a store connection, and meet applicable legal or platform obligations.
OAuth and token handling
Marketplace authorization will be initiated only for an approved application, exact seller/store, and minimum scope set. Tokens are intended to remain server-side and must not be placed in source code, browser storage, chat, email, screenshots, or client-facing responses. Titan Link's stronger encrypted credential-storage design is planned and must be implemented and verified before Etsy or TikTok seller OAuth is activated.
Retention and deletion
Product data should be retained only while needed for the approved service, security evidence, support, or a documented legal/platform obligation. Disconnection should stop refresh and begin deletion of the selected store's tokens and retained marketplace data without affecting another tenant. Backup expiration and provider-side revocation may follow separate bounded processes. Exact production retention periods will be published before the related live service is offered.
Known service providers
- Google Workspace for Titan Link corporate email and communications.
- ChatGPT Sites for this corporate website.
- GoMami for existing connectivity infrastructure; it is not the planned Commerce Cockpit marketplace-data host.
- AWS is the planned provider for separate Operator Bridge and Commerce Cockpit runtimes; those Titan Link resources are not yet provisioned.
- Marketplace providers process seller data under their own platform relationships and the seller's authorization.
This list describes known operational vendors; it is not a legal conclusion about each party's privacy role. We will update it as services become active.

To ask what Titan Link holds about your business relationship, correct contact data, request deletion, or disconnect a product integration, email privacy@titanlinkinc.com. We may need to verify the requester's authority without asking for secrets by email.
